·    Pre-Order or Customised items will be shipped in 4 weeks.

·    To ensure timely deliveries, please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including pin code and mobile number.

·    Currently we are not shipping internationally.

·    Shipping charges vary based on the product, its size, volume and the final shipping destination.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

·    Our product is purely handcrafted. Hence it's natural to have piece to piece shape and size discrepancy and a 10-15% variation. We try to represent the color, size and shape to the best of our ability. We hope that being a handcraft lover, you will understand that and accept the idea of "similar" over "same". We don't perform mould making or slip casting, each piece is made by single artist one at a time and is difficult to reproduce exactly the second time.

 

·    Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, we do not accept returns. 

 

·    In case there is any damage in transit, you need to notify us with an email within 24 hours of order delivery with proper images of damaged goods and we will replace your order. Contact themokshastudio@gmail.com
